1. Intake and constraints

You share repository access (read-only where possible), runtime metrics, and business constraints — launch windows, data residency, or partner API limits. We confirm whether the ask fits a project model or needs a longer hiring track instead.

2. Scoped proposal

We return a statement of work listing deliverables, assumptions, weekly checkpoints, and pricing in TWD milestones. Nothing starts until you approve the scope in writing.

3. Technical execution

Implementation happens in your toolchain: pull requests, CI pipelines, and staging environments you control. Pairing hours are scheduled across Taiwan-friendly hours with overlap for overseas teammates when needed.

4. Handoff

We deliver runbooks, architecture decision records, and a short recorded walkthrough for your maintainers. Optional follow-up blocks can be booked separately.
