Framework

This notice is provided under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法). We process only the data needed to respond to consulting inquiries and to record your cookie consent preference.

Data we collect

Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and message content you submit voluntarily.
Consent storage: a single local browser value (ncs-consent-preference) recording whether you accepted or rejected nonessential storage.

We do not operate analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to evaluate fit, prepare proposals, and communicate about project-based Node.js consulting. Processing is based on your request to initiate a contract discussion and our legitimate interest in operating a professional service business.

Consent preferences are stored to honor your choice about nonessential local storage.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute records. Consent values remain until you clear site data in your browser.

Inquiry submissions are sent to our same-domain handler at /api/inquiry and are not sold. We may use processors (email or ticketing tools) solely to deliver responses; any processor is bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction regarding your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@nodechannel.digital; we will verify requests using reasonable means.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Taiwan, data may be processed on systems located in Taiwan. We apply safeguards appropriate to consulting correspondence.
